The first to pop to mind is the fourth Doctor vs. Lt. Styre
in <<The Sontaran Experiment>>.  The fact that he used
strategy rather than Venusian Karate has to put
this near the top of my 'favorite' list.

Seems the third Doctor was more physical, but I don't
remember many examples right off.

Didn't #4 also have a prolonged stay in the Matrix,
resulting in hand to hand?
