The first time Prescott was on the show, he said he was Peter's
brother.  Now, he's an ex-WBS agent.  I missed some of what
happened in between- is it a coincidence that he is an ex
WBS agent and Peter's brother, or was he lying about being
Peter's brother?  

Also, who shot Slater, and what were the circumstances?
