Does anyone know where Pine Valley is supposed to be?  I always thought
it was in New York but since Andrew took Sandy to New York and crossed
state lines, it mustn't be.  I've heard of a (real) Pine Valley, NJ but
I can't imagine the writers naming their town after a real one.
