Nice try but I think Prescott is actually an ex-WSB agent who told Slater
he was Peter's brother to keep tabs on him and get him back to P.C. so
Sean and he could do something with him (Slater that is).  Like bump him
off when Sean was supposedly saving Tony's life after Slater tried once
again to kill him.  As a matter of fact, Prescott did tell Anna he was
an ex-agent.  He said he was only an agent for less than a year and she
laughed at him.
