I'm not sure about this.
If he were Peter's brother, why would he be working with Sean 
(The man who killed Peter)?
He was introduced as Peter Harrell to Grant but his last name hasn't
been mentioned since.
I thought Frisco found his name in the WSB ex-agent file which
should have listed Peter's last name.
Did Frisco not make the connection?
I think the writers got themselves confused -- any other thoughts out there?

BTW, I'm still looking to borrow or buy a copy (VHS) of the episode that ran on
Labor Day (Sep 5).  I will pay any reasonable amount to view this episode.
Can anyone on the net help me??? Thanks.
