    The 'Programmer's guide to Sunwindows'  mentions  in  passing  two
ioctls which may be used to  set  and  get  the  size  of  a  terminal
emulator tool while running sunwindows, called (I think) TIOCGSIZ  and
TIOCSSIZ. However, these ioctls do not seem to be documented  anywhere
else. Does anyone know what the parameters are for these ioctls?
