	Does anybody out there have a package or know of a package
that will accomplish this? This is not for news transfer, but for data
transfer between a DEC Pro-380 running Venix 1.1 and Honeywell Level 66
machines.  Please mail your replys directly to me, as I can't believe
that many people would be interested in this.....
