Cornmeal Pancake Recipes Wanted!________________________________________________

	West Virginia appears to have an identity crisis.  While passing through
there recently, we found "New England Seafood Restaurants" and "New York Style
Delis" and a "Western Pancake House."
	We stopped at the pancake house and I noticed an item on the menu:
cornmeal pancakes.  I ordered some, and they were fantastic!!!
	Does anybody have a recipe for cornmeal pancakes?  Are they a Western
delicacy, or are they indigenous to the South?
