I recall somebody asking how to get video tapes acquired outside this
country converted to North American format.

I just saw an ad in the (Newark, NJ) Star Ledger that read in part...

	- We sell all export models 110-220v, (all SECAM)
	- We convert PAL - SECAM tapes to NTSC
