PLEASE!!  Can anyone out there in net.video tell me how to get on
the mailing list "VIDEOTECH-REQUEST@SRI-CSL".  I have read every
netnews document that I can find on our system, and none of them
will tell me how to get this taken care of.  Let's assume that
I am will be originating from ihnp4.  I will accept "postage
due" letters even to get an answer to my problem!
