Could someone tell me some about zcpr3?  All I know so far is that it
gives CPM hierarchial directory and I/O redirection abilities. What I'd
like to know is:

1.  What can it do?
2.  Is it a stable product?
3.  Is it easy to install?
4.  Can I get source code?
