I would like some information on the use of the `Hershey' fonts
by commercial organisations, in particular:-

 .    whether they are in fact available to commercial users

 .    can they be incorporated into software packages
      and under what conditions?

 .    how to get hold of them

 .    availability of NBS special publication 424
      `A Contribution to Computer Typesetting Techniques' by
       N M Wolcott.

Perhaps someone at the National Bureau of Standards could reply or
anyone who knows the answer (or how to get it). Thanks in advance,
