One of the characteristics of a non-sexist society is that men will
voluntarily and enthusiastically take the initiative to leave their
jobs and careers for a while in order to spend some time raising the
children.  As soon as men give voluntarily give up the advantages of
power and money in favor of child-rearing (as many women do) then
our society will be much less sexist.
