So, I called ComputerLand and said "how much and how long". They said $710 and something on the order of 10 days, because they don't stock it at the store or the warehouse. They said the University discount (for Waterloo at least) would be on the order of 20% which suggests around $568. I called Microsoft in Mississauga (800-387-6616) and asked the same question. They said $565 for ordinary folks $310.75 with a University P.O. (any university) They also said 24-48 hours to get the order out the door, and they will courier it collect if desired. The only disappointing part is that they don't sell over the counter. So, in this particular case, it looks like we've saved about 45%, or conversly speaking, that ComputerLand's price is about 85% higher. Of course, this is probably an extreme case. John
