At last I plan to replace my old stero (from high school days).

I am looking for:
	A reciever
	A CD player
	Speakers

	The ability to hook up from my TV (sharp) which has
		an output marked MTS (for a sterio adapter)
		And of course a STERIO ADAPTER

	The ability to hook up my mono VCR, one day I will replace 
		with sterio

Note:
	No tape
	No record 

This unit will go in the living room of my appt, my old sterio will
stay in the bedroom with the tape and turntable.

	Price range: around 1000 but much less will make me happy
	(perhaps i can get a tape deck also then).

Any suggestions ?
