I think there are more than a few things that can cause your problem. And I will
try to answer more clearly next time if you describe the situation better.
In the mean time:
You have a separator for the pcv which must be clean, pcv lines should be soft and crack free, the electric soliniod on the carb could have failed, the tac connection broken. Write back please.
