I had the good fortune to be able to attend the National Air Races at Reno
this month. My wife and I fly over from Palo ALto. Butler Aviation was
_busy_ but cheerful and courteous when we arrived at about 6:00PM Friday.
As they were handling a _lot_ of transients, they had shuttle vans from
the parking area to the office, the paper work was over in minutes, and
they called the car agency for  a pickup. Overall, a nice business-like
atmosphere.

Leaving on Sunday evening was an incredible experience - Butler did a nice
job of handling the crowds. The effort to actually get off the ground 
is another story altogether ... (coming soon on your favorite terminal)
