  This is bizzzzzarre...

  In Longmont (a small town near Boulder, Colorado) police arrested a
transsexual who claimed to be Maria Lexie Girtih VonHexum Onassis Tish,
niece of the late Greek tycoon Aristotle Onassis.  He ran up a $1,500
tab in three days at a Longmont hotel and an $800 bill at a hair salon.
James John Gonzalies, 29, who claims he is a woman after completing a
recent sex change operation told Littletree Plaza Hotel managers he was
Maria Onassis, police said Tuesday.  They said his scam also involved a
marriage proposal hoax, hiring three bodyguards, buying expensive
jewelry and ordering a Ferrari.  He was arrested Monday in his room while
receiving a beauty treatment, authorities said.  He was held Tuesday in
the women's section of the county jail.  Officers confirmed he was in the
process of undergoing a sex change.  County Judge Roxanne Bailin set a
$2,500 bond for Gonzales and ordered a mental evaluation for him.


  Hmmm, I wonder if the marriage is still on?
