There is also Irving Wallace and his son David Wallinsky (sp?).
David has written more than one book and they have also collaborated
together.  The only one I can think of was a book about the
graduates of a well-to-do high school in Pacific Palisades and
their lives 10 years later.  I think it was made into a glossy TV
movie a couple years back.  David W. wrote that particular book in
conjuction with Brian Medved.
