In the Sept/Oct issue of Cook's magazine, in the _On the Road_ column
by Jane and Michael Stern, they give a recipe for Buttermilk Cornmeal
Pancakes.

Also, their book _Square Meals_ is absolutely outstanding.  Must
reading for aficionados of American cooking.
