Background: many years ago, I found an Israeli chicken stew
recipe that was both easy and tasty.  I lost the recipe, and
-- though I sat in a library for a day -- couldn't track it
down again.  The ingredients included orange juice, orange
liqueur, white rasins steeped in congac, etc.

Any hints would be appreciated.
