Its just a taco without the shell. Build some taco meat (ground beef and one of those packets of spices for making tacos that seem to be everywhere. Lawry's is good.) Just cook it and let it cool a bit. Tear up some lettuce. Put the lettuce into a bowl, dribble some good salsa (you CAN get good salsa in the store in plastic bottles) all over it, scatter the meat on top, then shred some sharp cheddar cheese on top so that its nearly covered. Add dollops of sour cream and a few sliced black olives. You can add chunks of cut-up tomato if you like. I think you should.
