You can call the Dow Jone Customer Service Hotline:

They are around weekdays from 8 am to 10 pm (EDT) and on
Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm.

I've had DowPhone for about three months and find it very, very
useful when travelling or out in the middle of nowhere.  Also,
if I have an open options position, I can get quotes immediately
before calling the old discount broker.
