I can remember my thoughts about going to bed from as far back as kindergarden and even then I knew that if I didn't get enough sleep I'd be tired, so I went to bed at about 9:00 on school days. Does anyone have any ideas on the differences between people who can reliably choose a bedtime and those who can't? It can't be night vs. day people since I am a night person.
