	The default factory (except for the connector type) settings
for the half-size 3-COM boards are sufficient for them to operate with
DELNIs. We have a number of DELNIs and 3-COM cards (new and old)
installed here and have not had any problems. In the upper right corner
of the board, there is a 7-lead jumpber block. Move the jumper block up
from the BNC position the the DIX position. This will enable the use
of the DB-15 connector (and disable the BNC thin ethernet connector).
