    My Mom had cancer ten years ago and the only way we found doctors who'd
treat her as a human deserving respect was to go to Sloan Kettering.  She liked the doctors there and they recommended another great one near home.  Unfortun-
ately, I've forgotten names and the subject upsets my Dad too much to ask him.
