I am interested in this disk drive because for my application I need something that will not get damaged so easily with a power outage. I don't have money right now to buy a continuous-duty battery-backed power supply, which is really what I need. Does anyone have any comments on this setup? Eventually, I would like to get a hard disk proper, such as the one advertised in BYTE by CORE International, which is made by Control Data. Unfortunately, the 21MB size, which is the smallest one they have, costs $1500, and it doesn't quite yet work with an IBM PC, only with an AT. -- Samuel A.
