It would be very useful to know the University in Nigeria where Charley teaches.

The solicitation seems to imply that the University has no computing facilities
and also implicitly supports Charley's requests.

I am afraid that the incomplete information provided may have some negative
effect on ALL Nigerian Universities especially regarding their students who
may be seeking to study here in the USA, or other parts of the world where
the net news may be read.

I know for certain that a lot of PC's are sold (h/w & s/w) in Nigeria that
meet Charley's requirements. I will be glad to give more info if required.
