Message-ID: <1533@emory.UUCP> Date: Sun, 29-Sep-85 23:09:49 EDT Article-I.D.: emory.1533 Posted: Sun Sep 29 23:09:49 1985 Date-Received: Tue, 1-Oct-85 03:20:34 EDT Distribution: net Organization: Math & Computer Science, Emory University, Atlanta Lines: 18 Xref: watmath net.micro:12164 net.micro.trs-80:432 A friend of mine has a Radio Shack computer on which he runs Xenix. He is trying to use cu to logon to the mainframe computer at his school. The mainframe wants even parity, and he says that he is unable to get Xenix to generate even parity and is thus unable to logon. Unfortunately, I don't have any more details. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated. Please reply directly to me or at least cc directly to me as I seldom read these newsgroups. Thanks, Peter W.
