It was predicted that Neil would only play stuff of his new International Harvester album (all country). He opened up with 'Rock -n- Roll Will Never Die' Shows Neil still cares about us old Rock fans.. Second number Neil performed was 'Heart of Gold' This was DEFINATELY the high point of the WHOLE show.. The lights in the stadium dimmed and when Neil started singing, there was a cascade of flames (poetic huh?) that made the stadium look VERY beautiful. I think everyone in the place was singing along with Neil and gave him a VERY warm reception. There was reported to be about 80,000 people present, but I know there was over 100,000, since the stadium holds 78,000, and the entire field (football) was filled. Imagine about 50,000 lighters (about every other person) going at once in a dark stadium......VERY COOL!!
