As I recall, Dave Barry also pointed out that HE DIDN'T HOLD THE COPYRIGHT on those articles and that some syndicate or newspaper chain did. C'mon people, think about it. All it takes is for some newspaper admin to find out about that material (which is an increasing probability as the network grows) and decide he wants to make a big case out of it. He'd have the person doing the posting dead to rights, and he might be able to cause problems for intermediate sites as well. If you want to post that stuff (hardly worth the effort, but whatever) then ASK PERMISSION from the copyright holders. Stop playing these games and ask permission before posting copyrighted material. If they say yes, you're home free. If not, then TRY to survive without Dave Barry on the damn network. You may avoid a lot of problems down the line when some newspaper admin out to make a name for himself decides to get "stuffy" about copyrights. --Lauren-- Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
