Lest you think that this system is perfect, let me inform you that Dave Sherman can't send his money to the Jewish Private School System (whose initials I forget) despite the fact that there existence proves that there is sufficinet demand. Perhaps this is a good thing. From what I can tell the quality of education is better at the Jewish Schools.
