Which of the on-line database services would you recommend as best fitting these requirements: 1) Covers computer science, engineering and math, especially math and computer science as applied to engineering. 2) Powerful title and keyword search capabilities. 3) Ability to view abstracts on line. 4) Ability to order a hard copy of an article. There should be an option for express-mail type delivery. 5) Comprehensive coverage of as many journals as possible, including american and international journals. Abstracts should be in english. If non-english-language journals are covered, a translation service would be neccessary (I think I have heard that this is available). 6) Low startup/membership fees. We would not use the service heavily, so we would like a billing system that reflects actual usage, with little or no periodic or startup charges. All comments about services you have used or heard about will be greatly appreciated. Since we are looking at relatively low usage, we can't really afford to shop around. Thanks, Terry Poot Nathan D.
