We had to come up with a way of restoring 11/70 (2.8bsd) dump tapes onto
11/780s running 4.2bsd, so now we have this version of the nice
interactive, etc. restore program that will handle PDP-format dumps.
If anyone is interested, let me know;  if there's enough interest,
I'll post (the only changes I made were to tape.c, but there were
a couple other bug fixes present in our sources).
