   "Technical journals?  Don't you ever relax Scotty?"

   "This is relaxing sir."

   Larry Bickford asked where does Kirk find Scott reading his technical
   journals in "Tribbles".  I believe this was in the rec room.  I have
   not seen this episode in years but as far as I can remember Kirk walked
   into the rec. room and looked over Scott's monitor and the above
   dialogue took place.  Later after Kirk confines Scott to his quarters over
   the incident in the bar with the Klingons, Scott is delighted as it
   would give him a chance to continue reading his journals.

   Also there was a mention about Scotty's office in "Naked Time".  Well
   considering the he was trying to break into the main engineering room
   it would make sense that his office would be nearby the engineering deck.
   But are you sure it was office?  I thought Scott tells the crewman to
   go to his (Scott's) cabin?
