I'm wondering what others' reactions were to the NBC premieres last
night;in my opinion, it looks like Thursday night on NBC will be as strong 
as ever.

_The_Cosby_Show_ : great show; what else can I say?

_Family_Ties_ : Michael J. Fox is a hot proprety now. Nice story (to be
					 continued next week) involving Alex (?) and a relation-
					 ship that was meant to be and a relationship that should 
					 never have been.

_Cheers_ : somewhat disappointing premiere; it seemed like the script was
			  thrown together in a day. Where was the tribute to Nick
			  Colasanto? What really happened in Italy with Sam, Diane and
			  Fraser? There were so many possibilities for good story lines
			  left open by the season-ending episode last year; the writers
			  missed the boat on all of them. Hopefully, future episodes will 
			  return to the excellence of the scripts of a couple of seasons ago.

_Night_Court_ : nice tribute to Selma Diamond.

_Hill_Street_Blues_ : didn't watch, past my bedtime (-: How did the "new"
_Hill_Street_ make out?
