This Steven is the same as the Steven from last season and the season before
and, I think, the season before that. 

However, the guy who used to play Jeff Weber on General Hospital now plays
"MacGyver" on the show of the same name on Sunday nights, right against
"Murder, She Wrote" and "Stephen Spielberg's (Not Even Slightly) Amazing
Stories"/"(A Horrible Colour Rendering of) Alfred Hitchcock Presents".

Time to see where Alexis has been.
