I would have liked a little more explanation of Patsy (she transferred to Midtown -- maybe because of Harry's condition?) and Fay (the victim's aid services has been moved to another precint also). More excellent moments, and a subplot of an investigation into the PD's crime problem (with Frank and Irwin Bernstein at the center) which should be very interesting. Along with Cosby, Cheers & Night Court, NBC continues to make Thursday the very best night of TV you can get. Now, if they would just not broadcast the &%^#$! baseball games all next week...
