RCS has been ported to System V under VAX, Cray 2 and Amdahl for the 
Numerical Aerodynamic Simulation project by INFORMATICS.  I am not sure 
about the logistics of obtaining source through AMES Research Center.  
I would be willing to tell you all the changes that need to be made
to the 4.2 BSD version of RCS.

Nroff source is only available through purchase of Documenter's Work Bench
from AT&T.
