   I'm looking for information concerning the efficicacy of various relief-aid
groups. I'm mainly interested in a group not particularly interested in
foisting their religious beliefs on the group being aided. I'm not so
interested in aid directed at a particular group/region as I am in a
low-overhead, high efficiency group. Does anyone know where these things are
published? I've got a great library at my disposal, but am uncertain as to
where to start looking.
    I'll summerize to the net if there is sufficient interest.
