I realize that this may not exist, but perhaps someone is willing to 
put their design program in the public domain.

I am also interested in design programs that are for sale.

My need is for something which will allow me to do small scale
expansions onto our current plant.  I would like flexibility 
in trying out different product specs, and the calculations of 
CTB, CTN, cable tilt, distortions, and all other factors that 
go into a Cable Plant design and management including documentation!

Any leads would be appreciated.
