Does anyone have a vlsi plotting routine to plot cif files on
an HP758x color pen plotter?  We are currently in the process of
writing such software for plotting Magic circuits (cmos and scmos 
technologies), any assistance would be appreciated.  We are willing
to return any "enhancements" which might be added to current software.
