In light of the recent discussion on the relative safety of nuclear
versus fossil burning for energy supply, I thought some Toronto area
people might be interested that Sigma Xi is inviting people to a
video teleconference on Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide and the Greenhouse
Effect, tonight (Sept 19) at 7:30, Medical Sciences Auditorium,
University of Toronto.  I don't know where the other locations
will be, but the overall moderator is in Washington, DC.
