Thru experimentation, it appears that the autobaud problems that
I and my users are experiencing can be alleviated by hitting break
on the terminal before the carriage return required to autobaud.
But, before you say "You dummy, you have the secure terminal server
enabled!", I checked that, and a SHOW TERMINAL/PERM shows 'No SecureServer',
and the SYSGEN parameter TTY_DEFCHAR2 doesn't have the SECURE bit
on.  Anybody have any other ideas?  I guess I'll have to SPR it.
