I'm looking for a version of the public domain library program LU that will
run on the VAX under VMS 4.2.  I have the source for LAR in C but no C compiler
on my system.  If anyone has a working version or would like to take a stab
at the C version please send me mail.  I also have versions of SQ and USQ that
I obtained from DEC-MARLBORO but they are both a little flakey.  Only seem to
work on a small number of squeezed files.
