Halff) Organization: Univ of Utah CS Dept Lines: 15 Keywords: Instruction Education ICAI Automated tutor I'm writing an article on instructional applications of AI for Educational Leadership, a journal read by school principals, curriculum developers and the like. I would like to be able to point them to demonstration (or working) applications that they could try out. For all practical purposes, this means applications that run on the kinds of computers found in schools--Apples, IBM PCs, Commodore 64's, Radio Shack computers, etc. And, its my guess that the readership doesn't have a whole lot to spend on software, so cheaper is better.
