I have encountered quite a few stars in the catalog which have a negative parallax, and I cannot figure out what this is supposed to mean - a negative parallax makes no sense to me. Could someone please tell me (through mail) what these negative parallaxes mean? For now I'm assuming that those stars have no known parallax. Thanks, Robert P. Munafo
