Isn't there still a lot of controversy about copying copyright
material? I believe that there is legislation before congress to add a
tax to every blank tape or cassette sold. This tax is to go to the
LP/CD manufacturers to compensate for their "loss" from piracy. This
is similar to the video-tape legislation which appeared a while ago.
