Does anyone have a recommendation for a great contact cleaner and
lubricant? I have used a degreasing cleaner (1,1,1 trichloroethane?)
on my input selector switch on my preamp. This only works for a short
while and then it's back to a crackling left channel. My balance pot
produces some noise when rotated but I've learned my lesson about
using a degreasing cleaner on pots. (gee, this pot used to rotate so
smoothly) If anyone knows of a product that is effective for a long
period of time I'd sure like to here from you.
