One is a cleaner, the other is a preservative. You can get the stuff as a spray or as a liquid. The liquid can be thinned in freon, then the whole part can be dunked. The stuff makes a good soldering flux too. I don't know where to get the spray (somebody here ordered it through purchasing) but the liquid is available in small quantities from Old Colony Sound Lab (part of the Audio Amateur magazine).
